AT A TIME THAT SUITS YOU
Our fulfilment team delivers Mon to Fri 10am – 5pm and on Sat 10am – 1pm. We will schedule a time and a date that suits you – within a 2 hour time slot. Our team will call you when they are on their way – usually around 30 mins before delivery.
We don’t outsource. We tried that when we first started up but quickly brought it in-house. We take time to recruit, train and monitor our team to ensure smooth and timely deliveries. They understand their role is a critical part of our customer journey.
IN-HOUSE DELIVERY PROFESSIONALS
UNWRAP AND ARRANGE PLACEMENT & CLEAN UP
Our team will unwrap and arrange placement where you want the items to go and make adjustments accordingly. We tidy up all packaging and remove it from your premises. . And ensure all items are 100% in perfect condition and advise on any questions
you may have.
Our client services manager will always check in with you a few days after delivery to ensure the delivery was smooth and everything is as you expected. We value all feedback from clients.
