Our fulfilment team delivers Mon to Fri 10am – 5pm and on Sat 10am – 1pm. We will schedule a time and a date that suits you - within a 2 hour time slot. Our team will call you when they are on their way – usually around 30 mins before delivery.
We don’t outsource. We tried that when we first started up but quickly brought it in-house. We take time to recruit, train and monitor our team to ensure stress free and smooth deliveries. They understand their role is a critical brand touchpoint.
IN-HOUSE DELIVERY PROFESSIONALS
Our team will unwrap and arrange placement where you want the items to go and make adjustments accordingly. And ensure all items are 100% in perfect condition.
Cleaning up. Simple. We tidy up all packaging and remove it from your premises.
Your client services manager will always check in with you a few days after delivery to ensure the delivery was smooth and everything is as you expected. We value all feedback from clients.
