Quality furniture and 5 star service! I’ve had my OHMM outdoor furniture for 14 years now and it still looks good. When a couple fibres started to break, I asked if a repair was possible, even though we are now Thailand based. We had a bit of a wait due to Covid travel restrictions, but they didn’t forget, and a delightful crew came to repair yesterday. The weaving of the material as well as the cushion cover is very well done as after so many years, the stitching remain as if still new. The color of the material both the set and cushion did not fade. Very happy with the Horizon set.

All of the outdoor furniture are of great quality, albeit pricey but you get what you pay for. If you’re lucky, you might even find cute accessories to match your outdoor furniture! Thank you Ashley for your wonderful service and helpful advice with choosing the perfect day bed! If you shop there, look for Ashley. She’s the most patient and kind salesperson one could ask for. The after sales service is also fantastic. My mischievous pet rabbits peed on my day bed. I quickly asked Ashley for cleaning advice, and she replied me swiftly with care instructions and even checked in with me the next day to ask how it went. The fabrics from OHMM are really good quality and waterproof! I threw the cushion covers into the washing machine on gentle wash cycle (no spin, no tumble dry) and they turned out good as new! The general manager Kevin (and later his sales manager Jean) have always made it a point to go out of their way to help us in any way they could. Likewise, we have recommended OHMM to many friends. They all love the well-made, stylish, and durable product — and so do we.Approximately ten years ago, when our large condominium development was going through major renovations and upgrading the pool and all common areas, we introduced the condo managers to OHMM. After a rigorous selection process with several other manufacturers, they exclusively chose OHMM products (pool reclining lounges, chairs, tables, coffee tables, etc) for our condominium. We’re so glad they did because a decade later (despite heavy use and exposure to the elements) the OHMM products still look great and remain in great shape. I seldom write reviews, but need to do this for OHMM. I am very impressed by this company because of 3 reasons: 1) the furniture has very stylish design and the quality is superb. I bought a sofa set and dining set and all pieces are made of solid material and great craftsmanship ; 2) I was impressed by the fast delivery, I wanted something quick for my new house, most of suppliers have several weeks’ delivery time but I got delivered within 3 days; 3) the sales staff is very friendly and professional, the delivery staff set up everything nice and clean.

Got a replacement canvas for a parasol that was bought from OHMM many years ago. Andy provided prompt and excellent service. Even the guys (Paul, Henry and David) who came to remove and install the canvas were very friendly and helpful and gave tips on how to maintain the product. They just earned a loyal customer.

I have bought a number of products from OHMM over the years since they have a very wide range to choose from. This has included a day bed, tables and chairs. What has struck me first and foremost is the quality. The products are extremely durable and long-lasting even with some extreme weather thrown in since we've moved back to the UK after Singapore. I've found the furniture very comfortable (especially the Fiesta chairs) and there is a good range of colours to select from. Service from the owner and his team has been very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

A couple of years ago, I was searching for outdoor furniture for my house in KL when I came across the OHMM site. Initially I was sceptical because I couldn't see the point of buying furniture in Singapore and shipping it to KL. But after a while of looking in KL and not finding the sort of quality I wanted, I went back to OHMM and had a proper look around. I really liked what I saw and my interactions with them were always informative and helpful.After a week or so of taking up far too much of their time, I bought some furniture and they promised to arrange all the transportation, customs clearance, delivery and unloading.Sure enough the goods arrived when promised and were unloaded and carried to where I wanted them without complaint.That was 2 years ago and everything is in good shape, including the furniture left outside. Bought a 2-seater, 2 armchairs and replaced my sofa cushion with OHMM. The awesome experience started right from my first visit to the store, guided by Ashley throughout my stay. She provided lots of information, point-of-views, carrying the items to help me visualize against various settings / color schemes - Going above and beyond. I made my decision for the 2-seater first before the rest of the items as the sofa cushions needed further measurements to be taken. Ashley kindly helped to follow-up and helping me to get the measurements right. I purchased an outdoor Ohmm furniture set, with weaved cane for the table, 4 armchairs and a customised Long bench in 2010. After 10 years, the weaving for the table came loose. I sought help from Ohmm Singapore. The boss Kevin and the staff Ashley were most helpful and patient. They explained various options to me and I finally took up the option of reweaving, to be carried out at the factory in Cebu Philippines. I was also rightly informed of a timeframe of approximately 3 months. Then covid came and everything was at a standstill but Ohmm continued to follow up with me, giving me updates adequately. As soon as shipment was possible, Ohmm quickly picked up my table and had it sent overseas. Within 2 months I received the reweaved table, like brand new. They sent the table to me and helped to install, all with very positive attitude and excellent service. This is the kind of excellent aftersales service that all customers long for, and usually wanting. But not at Ohmm. There is corporate responsibility and pride in their products and of course with assured quality. I highly recommend to everyone who’s keen on outdoor sets to have a good look at their excellent products and variety and experience their world class service. As a previous customer of yours during my Expat years in Singapore (2009-2012), I'm happy to report that our beautiful OHMM Table and Chairs set (Invoice I-10-12-60) which we purchased nearly on December 2010 they look amazing and we love them after nearly 10 years! You guys have an amazing product. So, it's been nearly a decade or Roaming around the World and we've finally bought a home in Fort Worth TX - Our property is a Spanish styled home with a large back patio area (covered porch, pool and a separate dinning deck). Our next challenge is to furnish such a large property (8000 SqFt home) as our 2-bedroom furniture will barely fill the living room! As we start looking into our options, I must tell you that we have strong affinity to your products. As we look for our options, I keep coming back to your website and it is very difficult to select other options (even when made in America).

Normally you would be concerned that your existing furniture would have faded? not the case, all pieces are in perfect condition and I guarantee the new pieces will blend perfectly. Ordered a day bed for my balcony from Ohmm and the service was amazing. I received a prompt reply to my email query within a couple of hours and the bed was delivered two days after I ordered, even though we were in the middle of a circuit breaker. The team also checked in after a couple of days just to make sure everything was as expected. While the price is a little higher than some of their competitors, it’s definitely worth spending a bit more as the quality of their products is very high, and their customer service is amazing. I would definitely recommend using this company.

I ordered and have been using the OHMM table, chairs, moon swing, for over a year now. Honestly, because of quality, the price tag is also steep so initially, I bought additional lounge chairs and a table from a cheaper brand. After only 4 months in the sun, they tore on both ends of the chairs!!! I called them and they said they can replace them with new ones, so I asked "will this happen again or did you improve the design or material?" They said, "We have not changed the material and it can happen again," so I got a refund and had to throw them away as the tear was so bad! Recently, went back and bought another long lounge chair from OHMM. They are long on the side, so my dog can sit nest to me! They even improved the cover material in one year – now, it is really water/rain resistant, and there is an air vent on the bottom so it won't grow mold! I love the OHMM brand! Quality guaranteed!
