• • Founded in 2005 by Kevin Boland during a sabbatical from Hong Kong corporate life to build his dream villa in Thailand – discovering a lost love of architecture – designing, materials, building and creating outdoor spaces.
  • Struggling to find modern, durable outdoor furniture, he came across synthetic rattan and saw the potential immediately. OHMM’s beginning to build world-class synthetic rattan outdoor furniture started then and we have never looked back.

  • Why Woven? When we started in the industry, woven synthetic rattan was the new outdoor furniture material. OHMM’s immediate recognition of the potential of woven synthetic rattan – high performance, design versatility, luxurious touch as well as the material being highly durable – allowed us to focus and invest in woven.
  • High quality outdoor woven synthetic fibre is enduring above all other materials. OHMM’s key material is synthetic fibre from Rehau, the German polymer specialist. Developed and manufactured using renowned German engineering. Due to its superior characteristics, OHMM’s fibre is highly durable against the cold, heat, sun, humidity, rain and even snow.

  • OHMM’s cushions are designed for comfort and durability. Intensive research led to OHMM’s use of high-density foam cores only to ensure lasting performance. That means no sagging and lined with replaceable UV and water-resistant US manufactured spunbond material.
  • For OHMM’s cushion outdoor covers, we use world-class quality acrylic fabrics, German polyester threads and customised branded robust zinc-coated pullers and acrylic zips for strength and durability. Covers can be removed for easy maintenance.
  • Water-resistance or weatherproof, there is a difference. OHMM’s cushion options include weatherproof cushions. Using advanced textiles and coatings together with a proprietary construction techniques, OHMM’s DryPro+ weatherproof cushions allow you to leave cushions under the open skies, every day, all year round.
  • OHMM’s use of virgin extruded 6000 series aluminium to construct industry superior structural frames for strength and durability with 1.65mm or 2.2mm gauge for powder-coated finished items, coupled with strongly welded joints to ensure maximum strength. OHMM’s frames are fully electrostatically powder-coated to avoid any oxidation and are highly scratch-resistant and durable.

  • OHMM’s outdoor furniture products are low maintenance and easy to clean which all adds up to giving you many years of carefree luxury performance.
  • OHMM’s top tips for choosing outdoor furniture include plan to spend time to `touch and feel´ products to examine the quality. We do not recommend buying online if the products have not been ‘touched and seen’ before hand. The risk of buying unseen can be costly.
  • Buying trendy designs that go out of fashion quickly or cheap products that we end up throwing away after a short period doesn’t make sense and can cost money for disposal. OHMM’s timeless designs and quality offer many years of enjoyment and good for Mother Earth too. Important.
